Supreme Court handover the Shushant's case to CBI 

SC (supreme court) ordered CBI probe into the death of actor Shushant Singh Rajput. SC asks Mumbai Police to hand over all evidence collected so far in the case to CBI. 

"Bihar government had the right to refer the Patna FIR lodged by Rajput's father to CBI.

Shushant Singh Rajput's death on 14 has led to a volley of controversies, which involved the Mumbai Police, Bihar police, Enforcement Directories as well as the CBI probing has untimely demise. The supreme Court has now announced that the Central Bereau of Investigation will take over the probe of Shushant Singh Rajput. According to latesttak Supreme court has also pronounce that vedict on Rhea plea, the case will be tranffered to Mumbai.

SC ensure that there was no confusion about CBI being the sole authority to probe the mystery behind Rajput's suicidal death and that no other state police could interfere with it.

This is a victory for Shushant Singh Rajput family. SC ruled on all points in our favour. The Court also clearly said that the FIR registered at Patna was correct. SC also said that any other FIR registered in connection with the Sushant's death will also be investigated by the CBI. We hope that we should get justice very soon. The family is very happy with the verdict.
